Our Story

Atwill-Morin-Toronto

The Atwill-Morin family has been in the construction business for over 50 years

Brothers Jonathan, Matthew and Mark Atwill-Morin are the third generation to run the business. Over the years, they have surrounded themselves with partners to expand and add new specialties to the company’s service offering.

Since 2004, Joshua Johnston and Regina Grundmann have been directing and developing stone masonry restoration activities in Ottawa, under the Atwill-Morin Ontario banner. In 2014, the scaffolding installation and rentals division, Impact Scaffolding, was born. It was also in 2014 that Nicolas Croteau joined Atwill-Morin. He was responsible for developing the concrete and structure sector of the company under the Béton concept A.M. and Atwill-Morin Structure banners. He is now responsible for the acquisition and integration of new companies, in accordance with Atwill-Morin’s growth plan. The most recent additions to the group are Les Carrières Ducharme and Restaurations DYC.

Since 2017, Atwill-Morin has been established in Québec City, whose activities are led by Sébastien Delli-Colli under the Atwill-Morin Quebec banner. In 2018, the company entered the new masonry market by acquiring Maçonnerie USC. In 2020, Pierre Whitty joined the Atwill-Morin Structure team to lead the concrete and structure activities in the Ottawa and Gatineau regions. The same year, expansion continued, in Toronto, with entrepreneur Glen Pestrin as a partner of Atwill-Morin & Associates.
